Albert's Club is immensely proud of its exquisite culinary offering. This is predominantly down to the passionate expertise and dedication brought to the project by Executive Head Chef, Alessio Piras. 

Sardinian by birth, Alessio has been working in the UK since 2001. His hunger to inspire and influence people's love of Italian food has taken him to some of the most revered establishments in London; including Cecconis, Shoreditch House, Pescatori and Alloro.

Alessio has also worked closely on the catering for the Oscars, the Cannes Film Festival and the ATP Masters at the O2. 

Drawing on his heritage, Alessio's style can be described as modern Italian with a worldly twist. Alessio is passionate about working with exceptional ingredients and showcasing them in their best light. He draws not only on his Italian influences, but also his experience gained through his worldwide travel.
